What a certified translation includes

Certified translations include a certification statement confirming the completeness and accuracy of the translation.

Notarization is not included unless you add it at checkout. TheTranslate does not offer sworn translations for a specific court or country.

The receiving organisation decides whether to accept the translation. We do not guarantee acceptance by any government department, university, or other authority.

How delivery works

After you pay, you can track the order from your account. Guest orders include a confirmation link.

When the translation is ready, download it from the order page. Download links are time-limited and only work for someone with access to that order.

Optional add-ons

Add-ons are selected on the quote before payment. They are not applied automatically.

  • Expedited delivery: 50% of the translation price, available on certified and standard orders.
  • Notarization: $49.00, available on certified orders only.
  • Hard copy: $19.95, available on certified orders only.
