Get a certified translationCertified option
Certified translation is available when an office asks for a certification statement with the birth certificate. That statement confirms completeness and accuracy; it does not decide whether the office will accept the file.
Birth certificates are often submitted with applications for immigration, citizenship, marriage, school enrolment, or other administrative processes. The receiving organisation sets its own rules.

Common questions
Do I need certified translation for a birth certificate?
If the receiving organisation asks for a certified translation, choose certified translation on the quote. If it does not, standard translation may be enough. We cannot say which option an authority will require.
Can I photograph the certificate?
Yes, if the image is a JPEG or PNG and the text is legible. You can upload PDF, Word (DOCX), text, JPEG, and PNG files.
